Refund Policy (TechFinderUK)

1. Returns & Exchanges Because our products are custom-made (printed only when you place an order), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse: You changed your mind about the purchase.

  • Incorrect size: Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

  • Wrong address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

2. Damaged or Defective Items Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

  • To start a claim, please contact us at info@techfinderuk.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

3. Packages Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and provide a replacement if the loss is confirmed.

4. Cancellations Orders are sent to production automatically. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Special Policy for Tech & PC Components

For non-customized electronics, such as PC components, peripherals, and monitors, the following rules apply:

  • 14-Day Change of Mind: In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return the item.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. If the factory seal is broken or the item shows signs of installation, we cannot accept the return for "change of mind" due to the sensitive nature of PC hardware.

  • Faulty Items: If a component is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement after our technicians verify the fault.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that for high-value electronics returned due to "change of mind," a 10-15% restocking fee may apply if the outer box is damaged.
